Sydney Roth, Event Coordinator

Sydney has over three years of experience orchestrating events. Her love of weddings began in 2020, beginning as a front desk host at a prominent golf course. It was amidst the lush green backdrops that she developed a magnetic attraction with weddings that the venue hosted. With initiative and dedication, she stepped out from behind the front desk, transitioning into the role as Lead Coordinator. It was in this position that her passion and experience quickly grew, leading her to execute 65 weddings within just a single year.

In 2021, Sydney found herself in the heart of Temecula at Leoness Winery, assisting in creating weddings amidst the vineyards, where she continued to hone her skills. Wanting to be more closely involved in building deeper relationships with her couples, she took her career a step further and joined the MGE team in 2023 where she will be heavily involved in the execution of events. Her venue operations knowledge is an important component of her coordination work providing peace of mind to MGE couples.
